Kara is a facilitator, speaker and founder of mindhearted, inc., a diversity education company for parents. Having worked in the public and private sector, Kara brings many years of working with people across the country to raise awareness of the need for developing critical skills to live, work, and play in our diverse and amazing world. Her latest obsession is working with parents and highlighting the important role they play in making the world a more peaceful place. I think this is a great initiative. Ethiopian Culture is known for its diversity.It is only fair that people are made aware of its richness and learn their skills.
